the bathtub drained slowly, it was clogged. also, the ac didn't work. some people partied loudly on a nearby balcony until 2 am. i couldn't sleep because of the noise and cigarette smoke.

I found the room faced the street, and consequently, the noise level was elevated. Better lighting would have improved the room's ambiance. The breakfast seemed lacking, specifically regarding refills, though breakfast service extended until 11 AM, we were there by 9:30 AM..
